This rental project of over 100 residential units, developed in two phases, is a great example of collaboration between experts. Designed by our friends at CARTA, it is based on a well-thought-out architectural vision that we embraced by purchasing their plans for construction.

Our role in this project

As a real estate developer, we took charge of obtaining the necessary permits from the city— a crucial step to ensure compliance and project advancement. Once the approvals were secured, we managed each phase of the project with rigorous oversight, making sure budgets and timelines were respected. We are also responsible for the construction, ensuring everything runs efficiently, from the first shovel in the ground to the final delivery.
