This 43-unit multi-residential project is a great example of collaboration between experts. Designed by our friends at CARTA, it is based on a well-thought-out architectural vision that we embraced by purchasing their plans for construction.

Our role in this project

As a real estate developer, we handle the permit application process with the city— a crucial step to ensure compliance and project advancement. Once approvals are secured, we oversee every phase with meticulous management, ensuring budgets and timelines are met. We also take charge of the construction, guaranteeing a smooth execution from the first shovel in the ground to the final delivery.
