Merlo Valleyfield rentals are now open

Alyzé is proud to officially announce the launch of the rental process for Phase 1 of Merlo Valleyfield!

This first phase will feature 43 rental units, ranging from 3½ to 5½ rooms, and will welcome its first residents in Spring 2026. The project will then expand with a second phase of 60 units, bringing the total to 103 apartments.
