A landmark project that shaped our vision

When we embarked on this project, our ambition was clear: to design a large-scale development bringing together nearly all of our real estate brands. With 1,800 units spread across 7 towers of 25 floors, this project went far beyond a simple residential complex. It embodied a vision of placement, architecture, and the living experience.

An optimized layout

From the very first sketches, we chose a staggered positioning. This approach prevented the towers from blocking each other's views or sunlight. Each building rested on a 7-story base, creating a harmonious foundation. Private rooftop terraces on the 8th floor and accessible gardens on the ground floor further enriched the residential experience.

A distinct and cohesive architectural identity

One of the challenges of this project was to experiment with a distinct architectural language for each brand (building), while maintaining overall coherence. We adopted an evolving approach:

  • Liva, with its more orderly and punctuated façades;

  • Yimby, where the architecture gradually became more dynamic and bold.

This architectural dialogue ensures visual cohesion while affirming the uniqueness of each building.

A benchmark for the future

This project, combining density, architectural quality, and intergenerational diversity, now guides our developments. It also laid the foundation for our signature, incorporating green terraces and planting boxes, which have become essential to our vision.
