Phase 1 of the Merlo Valleyfield project is taking shape quickly, with a planned opening in spring 2026. This residential development will ultimately offer 103 modern and bright apartments, spread over two phases. Future residents will also benefit from outdoor parking and landscaped green spaces, designed to promote community life and well-being outdoors. 

Concrete progress on the construction site

In the past few days, several key milestones have been reached: 

• Installation of the ground beams 

• Installation of the load-bearing walls on the ground floor 

And this is just the beginning! The coming weeks promise to be just as busy and dynamic: 

• Assembly of the complete structure scheduled for mid-November 

• Installation of the roof and the 205 windows of the project 

• Start of interior divisions, including all the building's mechanical systems: plumbing, sprinklers, electricity, and ventilation 

This fast pace is characteristic of wood construction, which allows for rapid execution while ensuring lasting quality.
