Located at 175 Harwood Boulevard, this four-storey residential development will feature 54 new rental units along with a ground-floor commercial space, contributing to the neighbourhood's vitality and vibrant atmosphere.

Designed to meet the needs of today's residents, the project will be located in a dynamic area where everything is within easy walking or driving distance. Grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, bars, and a variety of local businesses are just steps away. Future residents will also benefit from quick access to Highways 20 and 30, as well as several schools located within three kilometres of the site.
