Netiquette

Netiquette is the set of conventions governing the behavior of internet users within our network, particularly during exchanges on social media or via email. This netiquette applies to the publication of content on platforms owned or controlled by Alyzé.

Editorial Policy on Social Media

Alyzé encourages and appreciates exchanges and discussions among its members on its social media. In order to make the dialogue constructive, we strive to maintain a discussion environment that promotes free expression.

In this perspective, we ask that you please respect certain criteria. We reserve the right to delete any comment or link that does not comply with these conditions:

Abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, inappropriate, threatening messages or those that harm the reputation of an individual or a group of individuals:

• Messages containing blasphemy;

• Pornographic, vulgar, obscene or sexually explicit messages, including hyperlinks that may be shared;

• Messages that invade the privacy or may harm the privacy of a person;

• Abusive remarks or any form of harassment, particularly towards Alyzé employees or other users of our social media;

• Incoherent messages, completely off-topic and remarks that do not address the proposed topic and/or that take the form of a private discussion between two or more users;

• Commercial messages (spam) and advertising in any form;

• Repeated messages (flooding) aimed at cluttering a site;

• Messages denouncing the practices of a business or organization by mentioning its name.

The reproduction or redistribution of a work protected by copyright and identity theft or the use of multiple identities is also strictly prohibited. Please also note that by sending us your content, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use it indefinitely, without paying royalties.

Remember that using uppercase letters is equivalent to shouting. Therefore, use them sparingly. Be as courteous and respectful as if you were speaking to someone face to face. We invite you to think carefully about your words and the consequences when posting them.

If you violate this Netiquette, your content will be rejected and your account may be suspended or blocked.

Facebook and LinkedIn

Our decision to follow a Facebook or LinkedIn user does not mean that we support them. We follow accounts that we deem relevant or linked to our company. The fact that we follow a Facebook or LinkedIn account of a user or a business does not mean that we endorse their comments or activities. We will remove or block a subscriber if we deem their comments inappropriate.

The Alyzé team also reserves the right to close its social media accounts at any time and to change its rules of conduct without prior notice.
