Netiquette

Netiquette is the set of rules of behavior governing the conduct of internet users within our network, especially during interactions on social media or by email. This netiquette is applicable to the publication of content on platforms owned or controlled by Alyzé.

Editorial Policy on Social Media

Alyzé encourages and values interactions and discussions among its members on its social media. To make the dialogue constructive, we strive to maintain a discussion environment that promotes free expression.

With this in mind, we ask you to please respect certain criteria. We reserve the right to delete any comment or link that does not comply with these conditions:

Abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, inappropriate, threatening messages, or those that damage the reputation of an individual or a group of individuals:

• Messages containing profanity;

• Pornographic, vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit messages, including hyperlinks that may be shared;

• Messages that violate privacy or may harm an individual's privacy;

• Abusive remarks or any form of harassment, particularly towards Alyzé employees or other users of our social media;

• Incoherent, completely off-topic messages and remarks that do not address the proposed topic and/or take the form of a private discussion between two or more users;

• Commercial messages (spam) and advertising in any form whatsoever;

• Repetitive messages (flooding) aimed at cluttering a site;

• Messages denouncing the practices of a company or organization by naming it.

The reproduction or redistribution of a work subject to copyright and identity theft or the use of multiple identities are also strictly prohibited. Furthermore, by sending us your content, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use it indefinitely, without paying royalties.

Do not forget that using capital letters is the equivalent of yelling. Therefore, please use them sparingly. Be as courteous and respectful as if you were speaking to someone face-to-face. We therefore invite you to think carefully about your remarks and the consequences of publishing them.

If you violate this Netiquette, your content will be rejected and your account may be suspended or blocked.

Facebook and LinkedIn

Our decision to follow a Facebook or LinkedIn user does not mean we endorse them. We follow accounts that we deem relevant or that are related to our company. The fact that we follow the Facebook or LinkedIn account of a user or a company does not mean we endorse their remarks or activities. We will remove or block a follower if we deem their remarks inappropriate.

The Alyzé team also reserves the right to close its social networks at any time and to modify its rules of conduct without prior notice.
