Merlo Valleyfield Project Is Taking Shape Quickly

Phase 1 of the Merlo Valleyfield residential project is progressing rapidly, with an opening scheduled for spring 2026. Once completed, the development will feature 103 bright and modern apartments, delivered in two phases. Future residents will also enjoy outdoor parking and landscaped green spaces, designed to foster community living and outdoor well-being.

Concrete Progress on the Construction Site

Several key milestones have been reached in recent days:

• Installation of ground-level joists
• Placement of load-bearing walls on the ground floor

And that’s just the beginning! The coming weeks promise to be just as active:

• Assembly of the full structure is planned for mid-November
• Installation of the roof and the project’s 205 windows
• Start of interior divisions, including all building systems: plumbing, sprinklers, electrical, and ventilation

This fast pace is typical of wood construction, which allows for quick execution while ensuring long-lasting quality.
