Alyzé is proud to announce the official launch of the rental process for phase 1 of Merlo Valleyfield! 
 
This first phase will include 43 rental units, from 3 ½ to 5 ½, and will welcome its first residents in the spring of 2026. The project will then expand with a second phase of 60 units, for a total of 103 housing units.

With the interactive floor plan selector and our chatbot, future tenants can explore all the apartments, check prices, and ask their questions at any time, 24/7, in the comfort of their home. It is also possible to schedule a virtual appointment with our team and complete the rental application online, from start to finish.
